VIHASA India
In February and May 2016, Stephen Berkeley, VIHASA facilitator and Organisation Development Manager for GHRC and a team of facilitators ran well-attended VIHASA facilitators’ residential training retreats. The first was at a retreat centre near Delhi for 51 hospital staff and some alternative practitioners and 120 health practitioners attended the retreat on Mt Abu. Each training was greatly appreciated and the team are hopeful of finding more enthusiastic facilitators who will take VIHASA to other parts of Indian healthcare.
Also in May 2016, a core group met up for a reunion meeting during which they reflected deeply and devised a framework for future Reunion Retreats.
Comments from participants VIHASA Retreat, Gurgaon, Harayana 2016
Experiential, rejuvenating, explorative. The program was very motivational, good to learn about values, want to add more about spirituality.
I love the openness of all participants. You made us smile with confidence.
Enjoyed the session, feel relaxed after attending.
The programme design is very good. I felt like I was in my childhood enjoying drawing and activities with my friends. It is a combination of professionalism and human values.
WOW! It was WOW!
