Mr. Sheo Tibrewal is a highly respected Orthopaedic surgeon in London with over 46 years of distinguished service in the NHS. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong dedication to patient care and safety and has voluntarily supported education and training at the Royal Colleges of Surgeons for over two decades.
He has held significant roles, including President of the Orthopaedic Section of the Royal Society of Medicine, Clinical Lead for the Department of Health’s QIPP programme and Specialist Professional Advisor to the Care Quality Commission.
Mr Tibrewal has helped mentor hundreds of doctors, both in the UK and internationally, and has received a UK National Excellence Award and India’s National Padma Shri award for his contributions to medicine. In 2010, he pioneered the “Procurement and Quality Care” initiative, achieving annual savings of £50 million in hip and knee replacements while enhancing patient care. As Treasurer of the Kenya-United Kingdom Health Alliance, he has also contributed to various projects aimed at strengthening healthcare in Kenya.
