‘Mindfulness for Everyone’ is a series of twenty free podcasts, developed by Dr. Craig Brown, where you can learn and develop an understanding of mindfulness and meditation.
Each podcast is between 11 and 20 minutes and gives some useful advice and a mindful and a meditation exercise. Having listened to the podcasts, you will be able to continue practising on your own.
Dr. Craig Brown was a scientific and medical adviser to the Janki Foundation from it's foundation over 20 years ago, until he passed away in 2020. He was a UK general practitioner with a lifelong interest in mindfulness and meditation. He was a past president of UK Healers and previous Chairman of the British Holistic Medical Association.
