VIHASA is a modular personal and team development programme designed by the Janki Foundation to support healthcare practitioners. The programme was first launched in 2004 in the UK. Since then the published training manual has been translated into 13 languages and used internationally in over 50 countries. It was delivered as a face to face experiential learning programme. As an addition to the success of the programme, in 2022-23 it was adapted for online delivery.

At the online launch, a total of 225 people attended on Zoom and also viewed the session live on Facebook. People from over 25 countries joined the 90-minute live session. See below for the detailed report and a video of the launch.
