As part of the Janki Foundation team, he has facilitated trainings in Mount Abu in Rajasthan and Delhi, New York, Melbourne, and Beijing, where Values in Healthcare was introduced to leading Chinese government officials, hospital directors and medical trainers.
For many years Arnold has facilitated hospital doctors and primary care physicians in London in developing their consultation, teaching and clinical supervision skills. He also works in the National Health Service with chronically ill patients and their families, helping them to explore how patterns of communication and their cultural and spiritual beliefs impact on their illness. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Fellow of the UK Academy of Medical Educators. He has published on traditional Chinese medicine, primary health care and the history of film.
