Selfcare Day – Monthly Online Session – Resilient
The Janki Foundation is offering online retreat days for self care and rest. The Selfcare Days will be held monthly on a Monday and is an opportunity to take time out for recharging, nurturing and spending time with yourself at home with 1 hour facilitated sessions on Zoom at the start at 10.30am and then again at 2.30pm.
Registration is essential, after which you will be sent the zoom instructions and the day's structure to follow.
