Embracing Isolation Webinar III – ‘Self-Expression and Creativity?’

Embracing Isolation Webinar III – ‘Self-Expression and Creativity?’

A series of four interactive online sessions sharing insights and interventions to help us manage the phenomenon of loneliness. We will review current knowledge, explore new perspectives and look at tested practical and reflective solutions to re-surface the joy of time in solitude.

Feeling alone has a significant impact on physical and mental health and can be difficult to admit to. In the current climate of COVID-19, we are all being asked to cope with degrees of isolation in our personal and working lives and in our social and cultural activities.

This series of webinars will review current knowledge, explore new perspectives and provide an array of creative and spiritual tools to help us understand, transform and embrace this enforced time of isolation.

Sessions will take place monthly on Saturdays, 4pm-5.30pm GMT:

December 5th 2020 Being Alone: Isolation or Retreat?

January 9th 2021 Taking Care, Valuing your Well-Being.

February 6th 2021 Self-Expression and Creativity.

Social Media Survey

Dear All,

Hope you have had an enjoyable summer.

We are in the process of reviewing the Janki Foundation's social media content, which includes our website.

Studies have indicated that different healthcare professionals have variable use of social media platforms, and they will make recommendations to patients or colleagues based on their confidence and reliability of information. In the current climate of healthcare crisis and information overload, we would benefit from an understanding on how spirituality-related information is accessed by healthcare professionals. This will enable us to focus our messages, events and outreach.

We would greatly welcome your valuable thoughts through this survey. It is anonymous and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you.

Best wishes,

JF Social Media Review Group
