Embracing Isolation Webinar IV – ‘Empowering and Implementing Choices’

Embracing Isolation Webinar IV – ‘Empowering and Implementing Choices’

A series of four interactive online sessions sharing insights and interventions to help us manage the phenomenon of loneliness. We will review current knowledge, explore new perspectives and look at tested practical and reflective solutions to re-surface the joy of time in solitude.

Feeling alone has a significant impact on physical and mental health and can be difficult to admit to. In the current climate of COVID-19, we are all being asked to cope with degrees of isolation in our personal and working lives and in our social and cultural activities.

This series of webinars will review current knowledge, explore new perspectives and provide an array of creative and spiritual tools to help us understand, transform and embrace this enforced time of isolation.

For this final session, we will be focusing on solutions and how we may go about applying these.

Sessions will take place monthly on Saturdays, 4pm-5.30pm GMT:

December 5th 2020 Being Alone: Isolation or Retreat?

January 9th 2021 Taking Care, Valuing your Well-Being.

February 6th 2021 Self-Expression and Creativity.

March 6th 2021 Empowering and Implementing Choices.
