Courage and Compassion in a Time of Crisis

Courage and Compassion in a Time of Crisis

What must it have been like for the medical director of several hospitals and health facilities in one of the poorer regions of India at the time of a pandemic?

In what promises to be a fascinating conversation, Sarah will explore how Covid affected Partap and his colleagues. How did he manage the confusion at the beginning and what were the daily spiritual practices that enabled him to cope as the scale of pandemic and demands on scarce resources escalated in the following months?

Social Media Survey

Dear All,

Hope you have had an enjoyable summer.

We are in the process of reviewing the Janki Foundation's social media content, which includes our website.

Studies have indicated that different healthcare professionals have variable use of social media platforms, and they will make recommendations to patients or colleagues based on their confidence and reliability of information. In the current climate of healthcare crisis and information overload, we would benefit from an understanding on how spirituality-related information is accessed by healthcare professionals. This will enable us to focus our messages, events and outreach.

We would greatly welcome your valuable thoughts through this survey. It is anonymous and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you.

Best wishes,

JF Social Media Review Group
