Bhavna has been co-ordinating the activities of the Foundation since 2002. She manages the day-to-day operations as well as projects, and plays a key role in all strategic developments. She brought many years of experience at senior management level to the role, having held responsibility for a front-line public sector department serving a large multicultural community in East London.
Bhavna was part of a core team that developed the Values in Healthcare training manual, from a piloting phase through to its launch in September 2004. Over the years she has overseen the programme’s growth internationally, as well as serving as a trainer within it, and this has taken her to several different countries. She also co-ordinated the production and launch of several subsequent publications.
Bhavna gives talks and conducts seminars and workshops aimed at enabling people to draw on inner strength in meeting their full potential. She has a special interest in individual and organizational development and lifelong learning.
