Recent Developments

GHRC had solar panels installed several years ago, which were recently updated with a paraboloid system. These provide the wards and the kitchen with around 10,000 litres of hot water every day, by generating steam to run the hospital boiler.

Other developments include a dedicated Eye Clinic at a satellite health centre, in Abu Road, 25 kms away.
