This seminar draws on the work of the project 'Values in Healthcare', and serves to create an opportunity to learn and experience some tools for caring for oneself, and "refuelling".

The seminar is put on by the Kent Values in Healthcare Team, a team of professionals from a variety of different backgrounds.
